Breakthroughs in the 8th China International College Students’ “Internet+” Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition

November 10-13, 2022, The 8th China International College Students' 'Internet+' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition was held online. The project recommended by the School of Biomedical Engineering performed well in this competition and achieved a breakthrough result of 2 gold, 1 silver and 1 bronze in the international project competition.

Associate Professor Cheng Jin and Associate Professor Ping Song espectively guided the graduate team to "A clinical-level AI System for Diagnosis and Treatment Evaluation of Rectal cancer "Cancer" and "icDiagnostics: AI-enabled Cancer Diagnostics" won two gold awards. Associate Professor Jie Luo supervised a team of graduate students to win the Silver Award for their project "Radiotherapy based on novel contrast agent and fast imaging". Professor Ding Xianting directs the undergraduate team to "ProteinPrecision Single-Cell High-Throughput Multiplex Proteomic Analytical Toolbox and Translational The Application" project won the bronze award.

China Intemational College Students' "Intemet+" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition has been held for seven sessions since 2015. Participated by 25.33 million college students in 6.03 million teams from 121 countries and regions in five continents, the competition has become the largest global event for innovation and entrepreneurship.
