Abstract:

Surface plasmon resonance (SPR) biosensing technology has been widely applied in biomolecular interaction analysis. With recent advancement in optics and data processing, the capability of SPR biosensing has been greatly extended towards single molecule detection. In this talk, Dr. Yu will give an introduction to the SPR technology, with special emphasis on the SPR microscopy for single molecule detection.
