School of Biomedical Engineering recently held a distinguished forum focused on the integration of robotics and intelligent technology in medical instruments and laboratory automation. 

The event was kicked off with an opening speech by CEO of Huixiang Technology, Liu Jiapeng.

Chen Jiangping, the Party Secretary of the School of Biomedical Engineering at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, delivered a keynote report titled "Application of 'Robotics+' in Smart Medical Instruments and Devices," highlighting the advancements and applications of robotics in the medical field.

Bai Honghai, the Director of the Research Institute at Huace Testing Group, shared insights on the digitalization trends within TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) industry laboratories in his report titled "Digitalization Trends in TIC Industry Laboratories."

Huixiang Technology's CTO, Shu Yafeng, presented on the "Application of 'Spirit Robot' HelenX Series in Smart Laboratory Automation," showcasing the innovative uses of the HelenX series robots in automating laboratory processes.

Fu Shijiang, President of Tianmei China, discussed "Global Market Development Trends and Exploration in Laboratory Automation," providing an overview of the global landscape and future trends in laboratory automation.

Liu Fengkui, CTO of Anjie Technology, gave a report on "Market Opportunities for Fully Automated Water Quality Laboratory Analytical Instruments under Policy Drive," emphasizing the opportunities arising from government policies for water quality analysis.

The forum also featured a roundtable discussion moderated by Pang Changwei, Vice President of Strategic Development at Huixiang Technology. Participants included Chen Jiangping, Bai Honghai, Fu Shijiang, Liu Fengkui, Li Bin, CEO of Gene Technology, and Ning Jingwen, Vice President of Investment at Lenovo Star. They engaged in lively discussions on the achievements and challenges faced in automation and intelligence, and how to contribute to the industry's development against the backdrop of AI automation.

The event concluded with a strategic partnership signing ceremony hosted by Huixiang Technology, followed by tours of the robotics automation laboratories of Huixiang Technology and Xiangyao Technology, showcasing the latest in automation technology applied in laboratory settings.
