Congratulations to Ding Xianting's Team on the First Prize of Shanghai Technical Invention Award
July 02, 2026
The Shanghai Science and Technology Awards Conference was held today, and the 2025 Shanghai Science and Technology Awards were officially announced. The project "High-Resolution Single-Cell Multiplex Protein Quantitative Analysis System," led by Professor Ding Xianting from our School, was awarded the First Prize of the Technological Invention Award.
Project Title: High-Resolution Single-Cell Multiplex Protein Quantitative Analysis System
Project Completion Team: Ding Xianting, Jiang Lai, Zhu Dawei, Lou Jiatao, Lü Liangjing, Chen Xiaoxiang, Fu Xiaolong, Zhou Peijun, Liu Jianfeng
Completion Institutions: Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Xinhua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, Shanghai Hengdao Medical Pathology Diagnosis Center Co., Ltd., Hunan Pinxin Bioengineering Co., Ltd., Shuixiong Health Technology (Nantong) Co., Ltd.
Project Introduction:
Protein immunoblotting technology is a fundamental common tool in biomedical and life science research. Single-cell protein immunoblotting equipment has long relied on imports. Through over a decade of integrated industry-academia-research-application efforts, Professor Ding Xianting and his team have pioneered the full-chain domestic localization of this technology in China. Key core indicators have achieved international parity, with some core parameters surpassing imported equipment. All critical components of the system have achieved 100% domestic localization, making a significant contribution to the independent and controllable development of high-end scientific instruments and "bottleneck" technologies.
