Yan GUO
Dr. Yan Guo is an Associate Professor of Institute of Biomedical Engineering at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. She holds bachelor and master degree from Southeast University (1994-2001), and doctor's degree in biochemistry and molecular biology of Shanghai Jiao Tong University (2001-2005). She has worked as a faculty of Shanghai Jiao Tong University since 2005. She is interested in new methods for spatial system biology (especially the methods for spatial genome and spatial transcriptome at single cell resolution), and understanding the molecular mechanism of gastric carcinogenesis and organ development based on spatial system biology methods. She has published 28 research papers and leaded several NSFC grants.
