Dr. Bing Han is an Assistant Professor (tenure-track) at the School of Biomedical Engineering, and Institute of Medical Robotics, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Her research interest lies in the field of micro/nano robotics: developing methods to create arbitrary 3D structures with multi-functions. She is also interested in brain-on-a-chip microsystems to mimic the 3D nature of the human brain for neural applications.

Dr. Han received her Ph.D. in Physical Electronics from the College of Electronic Science and Engineering (2019), Jilin University. From 2019 to 2021, she worked as a postdoctoral research fellow at the Department of Precision Instrument, Tsinghua University, and was selected as the “Shuimu Tsinghua Scholar”. She has published more than thirty articles on international academic journals, including Nature Communications, Advanced Materials, Advanced Functional Materials, Nano Energy, etc.
